A: The Benefits USA is governed by its Officers each of whom it elected by the Board of Directors. The Board is elected by the vote of the membership of the association in accordance with the associations By-laws. The Board members typically possess a broad range of experience in business and consumer issues. The Board of Directors are charged by the By-laws with governing the affairs of the association.
